Morgan Brush serves as Sr. Director of Human Resources for Youth Health Associates (YHA), where she leads employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and organizational culture initiatives. Having led the YHA Human Resources department since 2018, she is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employees in reaching their full potential. She is passionate about supporting employees and creating an environment where individuals feel valued, empowered, and equipped to succeed both personally and professionally.

Morgan earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science while attending college on a full academic scholarship. Throughout her career, she has built a strong foundation in service-oriented professions, including earning certifications as a NASM Personal Trainer, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). These experiences reinforced her passion for helping others improve their lives and provided valuable insight into supporting individuals during both challenges and opportunities for growth.

At YHA, Morgan plays a vital role in recruiting, developing, and retaining the talented professionals who make the organization's mission possible. Her ability to build meaningful relationships, listen with empathy, and provide practical support has helped create a positive and people-centered culture across the organization.

Morgan believes that exceptional care for youth begins with exceptional support for employees. She works closely with leadership teams to strengthen communication, foster professional development, and ensure staff members have the resources needed to thrive in their roles.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking, exercising, traveling, and making memories with family and friends
