Monie Riddle has been an integral part of Youth Health Associates (YHA) since 2005 and brings nearly over two decades of experience serving youth, families, and behavioral health professionals. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Monie combines clinical expertise, operational knowledge, and a strong commitment to quality care to support YHA's mission across all programs and facilities.

As Sr. Director of Quality Assurance, Monie oversees organizational compliance, quality improvement initiatives, policy development, staff training, and regulatory readiness. She works closely with facility leadership teams to ensure programs consistently meet contractual requirements, licensing standards, and best-practice expectations while maintaining a focus on positive outcomes for youth and families.

Throughout her tenure with YHA, Monie has played a critical role in developing organizational systems that support accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. She provides training and mentorship to leadership teams, oversees implementation of policies and procedures, across the organization. Her attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements have made her a trusted resource for both staff and leadership.

Monie is passionate about helping others grow and succeed. Whether facilitating a youth therapy group, training supervisors, or supporting facility leadership, she is dedicated to creating environments where individuals can develop the skills and confidence needed to make lasting positive changes.
