Mace Warren serves as Sr. Director of Clinical Services at Youth Health Associates (YHA), where he provides leadership and oversight for clinical programming, treatment development, quality assurance, and evidence-based practices across the organization. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mace brings more than 15 years of experience in forensic psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment with justice-involved youth and adults.

Mace specializes in the assessment and treatment of moderate- to high-risk individuals involved in the justice system, including those presenting with sexual behavior concerns, substance use disorders, and antisocial behavioral patterns. He has developed extensive expertise in forensic intervention, cognitive-behavioral treatment, risk assessment, and rehabilitation-focused programming through clinical leadership roles spanning residential treatment, outpatient services, community corrections, and county jail settings.

Mace holds certified trainer credentials in multiple evidence-based intervention models developed or endorsed by the University of Cincinnati Corrections Institute (UCCI), including Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Sexual Offending (CBI-SO), Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Substance Use Disorder (CBI-SUD), Core Correctional Practices (CCP), Yale University Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Substance Use, and Motivational Interviewing (MIA:STEP). He is additionally trained and certified as a facilitator in CBI-Core, CBI-Employment, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and UCCI Quality Assurance. He has trained dozens of clinicians and hundreds of correctional and direct-care staff in these models and has conducted several hundred fidelity monitoring reviews to ensure treatment integrity.

Mace is certified in the administration and interpretation of multiple nationally recognized forensic risk assessment instruments, including the LS/RNR, ORAS, Static-99R, Static 2002-R, STABLE 2007, SOTIPS, VASOR-2, and Abel Assessment for Sexual Interest-3 (AASI-3). He is a State of Utah Designated Examiner and an approved clinical provider for the Utah Department of Corrections, Adult Probation & Parole, Sex Offender Task Force, and the United States District Courts Probation Office.

Mace also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Utah and Salt Lake Community College, where he teaches courses in substance use disorder counseling and forensic treatment. He has presented his clinical work at the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA) Annual Conference and holds a Master of Social Work from Brigham Young University and three bachelor's degrees from Weber State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and Cum Laude.

Outside of his professional work, Mace enjoys endurance racing, triathlons, and weightlifting. A lifelong Utahn, he appreciates the natural beauty of the state's national parks, monuments, and recreation areas and enjoys spending time with his family in the Wasatch Mountains.
