Lewis Lofton serves as Sr. Regional Director for Youth Health Associates (YHA), where he provides leadership, operational oversight, and support to multiple programs across the organization. With more than two decades of experience at YHA, Lewis has developed a deep understanding of residential treatment operations and is committed to helping youth, staff, and leadership teams achieve their full potential.

Lewis attended Weber State University, where he competed as a Division I student-athlete on the men's basketball team. During his collegiate career, he helped lead the Wildcats to a Big Sky Conference Championship and an appearance in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, advancing to the second round of competition. The discipline, teamwork, resilience, and leadership skills developed through athletics continue to shape his approach to leadership and mentorship today.

Since joining YHA in 2004, Lewis has served in numerous roles throughout the organization, including Direct Care Staff, Leadership Coordinator, Home Supervisor, and Regional Director. His experience at every level of the organization provides him with a unique perspective on program operations, staff development, and the challenges youth face throughout the treatment process.

As Sr. Regional Director, Lewis works closely with facility leadership teams to support operational excellence, strengthen staff performance, improve outcomes, and ensure consistency across programs. He is recognized for his ability to develop teams, solve complex operational challenges, and create positive environments where both staff and youth can succeed.

Lewis is extensively trained in crisis prevention and intervention and is known for his calm, steady leadership during challenging situations. His ability to build relationships, mentor leaders, and drive continuous improvement has made him a trusted resource throughout the organization.

Passionate about helping others grow, Lewis believes that strong leadership, accountability, and genuine connection create the foundation for lasting change. His dedication to YHA's mission continues to positively impact youth, families, and staff across the organization.
