Lewis played D1 Basketball at Weber State University, winning the Big Sky Conference Title to then make it into the 2nd round of the NCAA National Tournament. Lewis has been a part of the YHA family since 2004 and has been in all positions such as Line Staff, Leadership Coordinator, Home Supervisor, and now Regional Director. He is a motivational leader and organizational problem-solver with advanced supervisory, team building and customer service skills. He has experience stepping into roles and quickly making positive changes to drive positive outcomes. He is extensively trained in crisis prevention and intervention. He is able to remain calm and confident even in the most adverse and stressful working conditions.
