Kirt has a BA in Social Work (2003) and Master of Social Work (2005). Kirt is also a NOJOS (Network of Juveniles Offending Sexually) Clinical Provider. Kirt started with YHA in 2000 as line staff. He enjoyed working with youth so much; he decided to further his education, becoming a therapist.

Kirt has many years of practical experience with diverse populations, including sex offenders, pornography addiction, substance abuse, anger management and other psychiatric issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, CD, etc.

Each area expanded Kirts knowledge and ability to successfully utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques. Kirt is a valuable member of the YHA clinical team.
