Jenny has been an integral member of Youth Health Associates (YHA) since 2016 and has served in several key operational roles throughout the organization, including Billing Specialist and her current position as Admission Operations Manager. Through nearly a decade of experience within YHA, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s programs, administrative systems, referral processes, and operational workflows that support successful treatment placement and long-term outcomes for youth and families.

Throughout her time with YHA, Jenny has also played an important role in the development, management, and oversight of the organization’s Aftercare Program, helping ensure youth continue receiving appropriate support and structure beyond their initial treatment experience. Her broad operational experience has made her a trusted resource across multiple departments and an important contributor to the organization’s ability to provide seamless and coordinated care.

As Admission Operations Manager, Jenny oversees the highly detailed and complex process of coordinating youth admissions into YHA programs. Working closely with referral partners, government agencies, case managers, and families across more than 20 states, she manages the operational systems necessary to ensure all placement requirements are completed accurately and efficiently before a youth begins services. Her role is critical in supporting timely admissions while ensuring every placement meets regulatory, administrative, and organizational standards.

She is passionate about building efficient systems while never losing sight of the mission behind the work.
