Jaimee began with YHA as an Education Coordinator for our youth working to support out of state clients’ educational needs and transitioned into the Quality Assurance Department.

Henley has a bachelors degree in psychology and 10 years of experience working as a psychometrist administering neuropsychological assessments with children and adolescents that assisted in the professional diagnosis of behavioral, emotional, and cognitive disorders.

She is dedicated to the continual improvement of YHA’s Environmental Safety, Emergency Management, and Infectious Control standards and compliance. She is instrumental in implementing policies and procedures within our homes to help create a safe environment for our youth. Her favorite aspect of working at YHA is connecting with clients in the homes and watching their personal growth as they gain invaluable skills and confidence in our program with the support of our amazing Home Supervisors and Clinical teams
