Jaime serves as Accounts Payable Manager for Youth Health Associates (YHA), where she supports the organization’s financial operations and administrative systems that help ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services to youth and families. Her professional background has been rooted in human services, where she has spent much of her career supporting individuals and families through complex and often challenging life circumstances.

Jaime earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University and began her career working as a substance abuse counselor, where she supported mothers navigating the reunification process with their children. This work required a strong foundation of compassion, accountability, compliance, and detailed documentation while helping individuals work toward long-term stability and success.

She later transitioned into foster care licensing, where she gained additional experience working within highly regulated systems focused on child welfare, family support, and operational compliance. These experiences helped develop the attention to detail, process management, and service-oriented mindset that continue to define her professional approach today.

Since joining Youth Health Associates in 2024, Jaime has played an important role in supporting the organization’s financial and administrative operations. As Accounts Payable Manager, she helps ensure internal financial processes remain accurate, efficient, and organized while supporting the operational systems that allow YHA to continue serving youth and families at the highest level.

Outside of work, Jaime enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and spending time with her family while keeping up with her three active young athletes.
