Jaime joined the YHA team in 2024 as the Accounts Payable Manager. She earned her bachelor's degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University and spent most of her career working as a substance abuse counselor in a program for mothers and their children. She provided substance abuse counseling services in tandem with facilitating hands-on parenting classes and skills-development for mothers working toward reunification with their children. Jaime also worked in foster care licensing, briefly, before taking time off to raise her 3 children.

In her spare time, Jaime loves weightlifting, enjoying the beautiful outdoors with her husband and children, and being a chauffeur to 3 young athletes.
